Mindfulness Meetups – Rugby
Location: Friends Meeting House, 28 Regent Place, Rugby, CV21 2PN
Dates: 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month
Looking for a secular mindfulness community? Or to meet more like-minded people? Join us at the Friends Meeting House.
These sessions are informal, free to attend, and open to both beginners and experienced meditators.
We meet for a guided meditation, Q&A and discussion on a different topic with a selection of teas, coffees and vegan biscuits.
Join for a chance to meditate and to explore how mindfulness can:

Getting There: The venue is on the edge of Rugby town centre, with free parking in many of the central car parks after 6pm. One of the closest is North Street Car Park. The venue is also 10-15 minutes walk from Rugby train station.
